🥘 Ingredients List
For Eggs:
• 6 Boiled eggs, cut in halves • 3 tbsp Cornflour • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour / Maida • 1 tsp Red chilli powder • Salt to taste • Oil for shallow frying
For Chilli Masala:
• 2 tbsp Oil • 1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped • 1 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped • 2-3 Green chillies, slit • 1 Medium onion, cubed • 1 Medium capsicum, cubed • 2 tbsp Spring onion, chopped
For Sauce Mix – Dhaba Secret:
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce • 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup • 1 tsp Vinegar • 1 tsp Green chilli sauce • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder • 1 tsp Sugar • Salt to taste • 2 tbsp Water
For Garnish:
• Spring onion greens, chopped • Roasted sesame seeds • Lemon wedges
