This is from a pack of Big Jamaican pepper seeds from Texas Hot Peppers. The other plant is true to type. The more purple picture is five days before the lighter one. The main stem is darker, almost purple, but the branches and leaves aren't, so I don't think it's a Pink Tiger.
The seeds are open pollinated, so there's a chance it's a F1, but I doubt it; although, it doesn't seem to match any of their other offerings.
Regardless of what it is, it looks like it's going to be hot, just hope it's not perfumey.
