Few of my plants are getting flabby these days. Is it too much water, not enough water, too much heat/direct sunlight? If he worst ones are in grow bags and fully exposed to the sun and it’s been very warm lately in Montreal so I’m suspecting they want water but I’m worried I would be overwatering.

How low were they planted and or did you fill dirt on top after?
