Homeade – Blackberry Plum Scorpion Ghost Sauce


3 Trinidad Scorpions

3 Ghosts

1 cup blackberries

1 1/2 cups or 2 medium plums

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup distilled water

1 Lime or 3 TBSP Lime Juice

1/8 cup dark brown sugar

1/8 cup honey

1/2 TSP salt

1 garlic clove

* Remove plum pits and chop the peppers and fruit

* Add all of the ingredients to a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir and mash periodically.

* Let cool for a few minutes then blend, puree, and pulse until smooth.

* Strain then bottle.

* PH was 2.82 (Good refrigerator shelf life)
