Never thought this would become a problem. After a full summer of nothing, our plants gifted us a handful of peppers. A bit too much for a two people household.
Any tips for preserving the peppers? Kitchen towel+ziplock doesn’t seem to work. Freezing makes them mushy. What do you do with your excess harvest?
