2 5.5 gallons pots with the same fast draining soil. One plant is doing great, the other one is always heavy on the bottom. They’ve been like this going on 2 months. They both seem to be healthy and producing a good amount of peppers with no signs of stress.
The always heavy potted one has me concerned!
How should I handle this?

The roots are going to get water from the top to the bottom so I wouldn’t worry. It’s summer, those guys are going to be thirsty so overwatering isn’t really an issue as long as you have drainage holes 🪴
