THIS IS SO VERSATILE. I MAKE A PUMPKIN CHILE ALMOST LIKE THIS. I USUALLY MELT A LARGE BAR OF CREAM CHEESE IN THIS AND SOMETIMES I USE CINNAMON FOR THE SPICE…SOMETIMES I ADD COOKED SAUSAGE OR HAMBURGER… GARLIC IS NICE TOO. THIS IS A STAPLE CHILI/ SOUP/ STOUP IN MY HOUSE.

I just had a can of tomatoes hiss at my when I opened it, into the trash it went.
I like to use canned pumpkin instead of canned tomatoes in my chili and in my enchilada sauce. I have to watch the acidity in my diet and I think it is great!!
