Spicy peach jam is one of my favorite things to make with my peppers! I used one ghost pepper and one 7 pot (because that's just what I happened to harvest first) and it has a good kick without being too much. I think peaches and peppers are such a great combo but I would like to try some other flavors too so I'm open to suggestions!
