Grew 3 sugar drop orange plants, one of these is not like the other.

3 plants from same seed pack, looked identical until-
2 plants peppers went from green to neon orange, 1 plant goes from green to neon yellow. They will not turn orange no matter how long I leave them.

Are the yellow peppers fatalis?
