As recommended by u/Hey-Dalaran, I tried out Cuckoo Rooster in Agoura Hills, CA. I ordered up the CLT Sandwich and got the Hot spice (Habanero & Cayenne Pepper). Fantastic flavor, huge breast, and a nice kick for sure. I’ll be back and trying the Very Hot next time (+ Ghost Pepper).
