No store does more! In fact, H-E-B continues to prove it’s commitment to provide Texans with the best shopping experience. In true H-E-B fashion, another store has been chosen for a multimillion-dollar renovation.

The San Antonio-based grocer is adding an East Texas H-E-B to it’s growing list of store remodels. Pearland H-E-B Plus!, located at 2805 Business Center Dr Pearland, TX 77584, is expected to undergo a $15.5 million renovation, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing.

Construction on the 151,858-square-foot store is expected to begin on February 15, 2026 with an estimated completion date of April 14, 2027, according to the filing. The TDLR report, dated August 14, 2026, mentions interior remodel to the existing store but does not include specific details.

The state’s biggest grocery store chain has even taken on another Texas favorite Buc-ee’s, as it plans to ramp up its fueling services for travelers heading out of the Alamo City. The H-E-B plus! in Schertz can look forward to a remodel of the store’s existing fuel station in a $560,000 upgrade, according to a TDLR filing.

The list of renovations go on and on. Long story short, Texans have a plethora of store renovations to look forward to, not matter what region they are from.
