Buddy of mine mailed me some peppers, and would like some advice. Here’s the peppers:
I’d like to make something citrusy, with mango or pineapple, and a traditional vinegar based sauce as well. I know nothing about how these peppers taste and what would work best for which.
Basically going in blind even before rubbing my eyes after cutting things up. 🙂
If anyone has favorite recipes, or a link to a good resource, that’d be awesome. Would love to bottle a bunch and give them out.
