The bologna was 53, the cooked noodles at the bottom of the cooler were 62, the sliced American cheese was 54, and the sliced Swiss cheese was 56. All other items were discarded from the prep cooler. Multiple food containers observed without dates on them and multiple food containers with dates that are past the 7-day holding date. Containers of rotel from 5/11, spinach dip from 5/19, red beans from 5/14, chopped onions from 5/19, and wild rice prepped on 5/8. Prep cooler #3 observed to be reading 54 degrees. All of the food inside of the cooler was above 41 degrees.
