I was a bit worried about this from reading reviews about the salt content but this sauce blew my mind. I’ve had Marie Sharp before and really enjoyed their Belizean Heat. Have been curious about their Beware sauce. I came to find out has the same amount of sodium as my basic hot sauce (Tabasco Chipotle). Has a great heat and fruitiness from the pepper. I think the salt level is pretty up there but works well for this sauce. I enjoyed the thickness of it and how it was more so like a mash. Was using it on breakfast burritos. Will definitely bring some tears if too heavy handed but the juice is worth the squeeze. Finished this within a week and just ordered myself another bottle.

Her Smoked Habanero is killer. Marie Sharp’s all day!

One of my favorite all around hot sauces. Can go on pretty much anything.
Their smoked habanero is unreal
Top tier. One of my favorites as well. I mix this into my half gone bottle of her Nopal sometimes. Get that nopal tangy sweetness instead of the carrot, but more heat. Im still not 100% sure what a hornet pepper is, but it’s damn good.
Hail yourself!
My favorite hot sauce! She does not compromise on anything. She also does quite a bit of charity work in Belize.
