The 2 middle ones with the weird “tail” are scotch bonnet peppers and they are *spicy*
Edit: on second thought they may be Carolina Reapers… proceed with caution

Whatever they are, I’d use them extremely cautiously. I can’t explain it, but they all look very menacing
Left two, no idea. The next two from the left look like reaper or scorpion variants. The dark one third from the right looks like a ghost pepper of some stripe. The second from the right, I’m not sure, maybe a small habanero? Farthest right, I have no idea.
