Ficker challenges Gaithersburg campaign sign ordinance
Robin Ficker, the Republican nominee for U.S. House in Congressional District 6, has filed a pro se complaint seeking a federal judge to stop the City of Gaithersburg from enforcing its campaign sign ordinance. Ficker, of Boyds, alleges city officials ordered his campaign sign be removed from a car dealership because the sign did not have a permit. [The Daily Record]
