Gordon Ramsey has been spotted around the Twin Cities area for the past few weeks. He’s clearly filming for one of his shows and he’s now filmed at three different Minnesota restaurants.
But what show is it? And which restaurant was his latest project?
There are two different shows he could be filming for, one being his classic ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ and the other being his newer show ‘Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service’.
As for the last restaurant he visited, it’s a place called Maggie’s Family Restaurant in Wayzata.

What Show is Gordon Ramsay Filming for in Minnesota
Gordon Ramsay’s current shows are mostly competitive cooking shows like MasterChef. The only two that are focused on him visiting a restaurant are ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ and ‘Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service’.
FOX 9 has written about one of the restaurants Chef Ramsay visited in Big Lake and they claim he was filming for ‘Kitchen Nightmares’. I haven’t seen confirmation anywhere else that that’s for sure the show they’re filming for though.
Both ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ and ‘Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service’ have a similar goal, though: Go to a restaurant that needs help, figure out what to fix, he probably does some yelling, they close for a while to get things fixed up, and then they reopen.
The difference between the two is that Chef Ramsay comes in guns-a-blazin in ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ and in ‘Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service’ he’s initially watching via secret cameras and getting info from a secret employee before he comes in to make the changes.
Where Has Gordon Ramsay Filmed in Minnesota So Far
First, Chef Ramsay visited Lake Cafe in Big Lake. Next, he filmed at The Pizza Factory in North St. Paul. The Pizza Factory just re-opened today.
The most recent filming took place at Maggie’s Family Restaurant in Wayzata. They also re-opened today. They shared on Facebook:
