Andaaz Restaurant Appoints Chef Mohd Bahauddin Khan as Sous Chef
Andaaz Restaurant in New Jersey has announced the appointment of Chef Mohd Bahauddin Khan as Sous Chef.
In his new role, Chef Khan will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, food production, menu execution, quality control and coordination with the culinary team. His responsibilities will also include supporting staff training and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Before joining Andaaz Restaurant, Chef Khan served as Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, where he was involved in kitchen operations, food production, quality control and hygiene standards.
He previously worked as Sous Chef at Kuda Villingili Resort in the Maldives, gaining experience in luxury resort culinary operations, kitchen management and high-volume food production.
Earlier in his career, Chef Khan held culinary positions with hospitality brands including Taj Mahal Lucknow, Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun, Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow, Courtyard by Marriott Bhopal, La Place Sarovar Portico Lucknow and India Awadh Lucknow.
His professional background also includes experience with Marriott Hotels, Taj Hotels and Sarovar Hotels, covering kitchen operations, food production, team coordination and service standards across hotel and resort environments.
At Andaaz Restaurant, Chef Khan will focus on food preparation and service consistency while supporting kitchen operations and culinary team coordination.
His experience across hotels, resorts and restaurant operations in India and the Maldives will contribute to the restaurant’s kitchen management and day-to-day culinary operations in New Jersey.
