Indo Dragon is a solid chili sauce. The Black Sambal and Sambal Kemangi need to be refrigerated after opening. But when you go for it later the Black Sambal is a sweet almost molasses consistency that leaves a real lingering heat. The Sambal Kemangi becomes like a basil pesto consistency that packs a punch!
