Dakota Neetz, 31, and Fidel Navarro-Lopez, 22, responded to undercover law enforcement officers posing online as minors on an escort website, according to their arrest reports.

An investigation by local authorities revealed that Michah Mosier of Chattanooga had been ordering clothing and food deliveries for the minor about a month prior to her disappearance.

The arrest report states that officials got a warrant to track the suspect’s location. Cell phone records showed him traveling from Tennessee through Georgia into Florida and then returning.

Federal and local agencies put out a ā€œBe-on-the-lookoutā€ alert (BOLO) with a description of Mosier’s car on September 28. According to the report, East Ridge police spotted the car in the vicinity of John Ross Road and Bennett Road that same day and initiated a traffic stop.

Officers detained Mosier and removed the juvenile from the car. The minor told the officers that they met online and they both knew each other’s age. She also disclosed illicit acts they did that are illegal, according to the report.

Investigators searched Mosier’s phone and found numerous inappropriate photos and videos of them both dating back to August.

Mosier is facing the following charges in Hamilton County:

Aggravated statutory rape

Sexual offenses (general category)

Especially aggravated sexual exploitation of minor (x6)

More charges are possible in other jurisdictions.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, October 19.
