BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Lafayette-based restaurant is bringing its Louisiana-inspired biscuit menu to Baton Rouge.
Parish Biscuit Co. recently opened its first Baton Rouge location at 220 W. Lee Drive, marking the restaurant’s second location after launching in Lafayette in 2023.
The restaurant is known for its creative biscuit sandwiches and Louisiana-inspired dishes, and breakfast and brunch favorites. The menu also features seafood, burgers, pancakes and more.
Several menu items are inspired by Louisiana parishes, giving the restaurant a local twist as it expands into the Capital Area.
Parish Biscuit Company is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
