Sweet Vinegar Chili Sauce is one of those regular chilli sauces that I keep in the fridge. It is very customizable to your taste. Just adjust the amount and type of chilli to your heat preference. And adjust the vinegar, sugar, salt, calamansi, etc to your taste.
Ingredients:
5 red chilis
2 birdeye chilis
1 calamansi
1 clove garlic
2 slices ginger
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp rice vinegar
