Chicken Chili

Ingredients

1.5 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, boiled and shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1+¼ cup sweet onion, diced

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1+¼ cup green bell peppers, diced

2 tablespoons jalapeno, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon paprika

24 ounces chicken bone broth

2 cans cannellini beans, or navy beans 14.5 ounces each rinsed and drained

6 ounces cream cheese, softened cut into small cubes

1.5 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons heavy cream, or coconut mill
