THE AUTHENTIC CHILI BEANS Recipe in MINUTES
8-12 servings

INSGREDIENTS
Dry Beans placed in water 6 or more hours or 6 cans of rinsed beans

1 pound of dry red beans
2carrots
2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup cilantro sprigs

The Chili Beef
1 pound of ground beef
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 -16 oz can of peeled tomatoes

2 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup parsley

To serve:
Greek Yogurt
Grated Cheese
White rice
