Home Chili. Make a big pot of chili ! It’s so easy, healthy and delicious ! High protein , make ahead, and freezes well makes this dish perfect for large gatherings or just a family of two. Sometimes I fix me a bowl then put grated sharp cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top. Please make you some chili. This will not disappoint !! Sometimes I cook the dried kidney beans ahead of time, then make the chili with that. You folks in the North need to make this today. I hear another winter storm is heading your way.
