In today’s video I’m making California Chili. This is not your typical chili recipe. It’s a family favorite in my household. It’s loaded with chicken, pepper, onions, and of course kidney beans. It’s the perfect comfort food. Perfect for large gatherings or for a cold night.

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil (to saute peppers and onions)
3 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 cups chili sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
salt/pepper to taste
