

8 older red serranos/ 2 large tomatillos/ 2 cloves garlic/ handful of cilantro/ half a lime/ Salt to taste
Broil everything but the cilantro, grind garlic and salt. Add Chiles and tomatillos and mash. Incorporate lime and minced cilantro and water to your desired consistency.
