I don’t make a lot of salsa, but overall is it worth it to get a molcajete? I’ve never used one and it seems like a lot of maintenance from what I’ve seen from posts on this sub.

Quick question just because this randomly popped up on my feed: what’s the *other* kind of salsa verde you usually see at taquerias in the USA? It’s lighter green in color, more creamy looking, and moderately spicier. Both are good but I sometimes want to be specific.
