Looks great but to me it raises a philosophical question about what guacamole is? When I see something like a vegan caesar dressing, I wonder if it is indeed a caesar dressing as there’s no anchovies in it. So what is guacamole? Is it still guacamole if I use mashed peas instead of avocado? I don’t know. I learned it to be simply avocado, lime juice and coarse salt.

I really think that looks good except the cilantro. I’m not a fan of cilantro.

Guacamole
2 extra large avocados/4 small avocados
1/3 C diced onion
1/4 bunch fresh cilantro
Minced garlic, trust your heart
2 Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeño, diced
1-2 T of seasoned salt
1-2 T lime juice
