    4 Tomatillos, roasted 20 minutes at 400

    3 arbol chiles, toasted and rehydrated with a cup of water

    3 cascabel chiles, toasted and rehydrated with a cup of water

    3 puya chiles, toasted and rehydrated with a cup of water

    2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder

    2 cloves raw garlic

    Small handful cilantro

    Blend all ingredients plus rehydrating water to desired consistency

    Salt to taste

    Delicious, chile forward profile with medium heat

    Yummy chicken noodle salsa. Chicken bullion doesn’t belong but I’m sure it’s a flavor. Need more arbols. They don’t put 1000 in the bag to only use 3!
