First time out with the molcajete. Head of garlic and kosher salt to start. Then, fire roasted jalapeños, serranos, tomatoes, and onions. Chopped cilantro and lemon juice to taste. I’m happy with the first attempt!

How long did it take you to cure it? I have one half-cured as I got tired of grinding rice and it flying everywhere!

What molcajete did you get? I got one on Amazon claiming to be granite but I’m pretty sure it’s just concrete
