[Home made] Fresh serrano salsa

    Recipe:

    Boil a handful of serrano peppers and a medium white onion for ~30 min or until pepper stems pull off easily.

    Reserve water it was boiled in.

    Put into a blender carefully, onion, de-stemmed peppers, 2 cloves of raw garlic, about 1/2 of a cup of the reserved water and 1/4 cup flavorless vegetable oil, salt.

    Blend furiously until very smooth.

    Refridgerate overnight for best effects.
