    Basically a Pico de gallo with avocado – does that have a particular name?

    2 ripe avocados

    4 medium sized tomatoes

    2 habaneros

    1 jalapeno

    1 squeezed lime

    Half white onion

    Handful of cilantro

    1tsp olive oil

    1tsp maple syrup

    1tsp salt

    Ground black pepper

    I’ll make it completely without spice and reserve some for my gf first, then add habaneros and jalapenos. Afterwards I’ll add a few drops of mean green to adjust the spice level if needed.

    You could call it a bricklayers salsa, though I think typically the avocado would be a bit smashed, making it like mortar.

    Oooooo I see that mean green sauce in the back. That stuff tastes like pain but it hurts so good lol
