Reminds me one time when I was in Guadalajara I went to a taco place I semi-frequented and asked for a taco de lengua. Their tacos are pretty big and I wasn’t that hungry so I only ordered one. Anyhow that taco had the biggest piece of tongue I’d ever seen. Not cut up at all, just a big slab of tongue. I was eating lunch late so it was pretty slow so maybe they wanted to use up the tongue or something. It was great.
