I have been lurking here for quite awhile. Hope my first contribution is worthy!
    Recipe:
    1 lb canned tomatoes
    4 homegrown habaneros
    2 jalapenos (1 gutted 1 not)
    1 Anaheim pepper
    2 small red onions
    4 large cloves of garlic
    3 limes juiced
2 teaspoons salt (added more to my taste)
    5-6 shakes cumin
    2 splashes red wine vinegar
4 small homegrown red sweet peppers

I roasted everything less the tomatoes at 500 degrees F until charred. I processed the tomatoes until really smooth ( wife likes a watery salsa) then added 2 limes juiced and the splashes of vinegar and pulsed. Once the roasted ingredients cooled I added them and pulsed to keep them larger chunks. The taste is awesome (especially with the Kroger fresh tortilla chips!) Wife is happy because it is not chunky. And im happy because these habaneros we grew are smoking hot but have a nice flavor. Hopefully my first contribution is decent enough for you folks! Love this sub its awesome! Enjoy the game tomorrow!
