
Ingredients:
3 jalapeños
1 poblano
1.5 lbs of tomatillos
5 cloves garlic
1 white onion
2 bunches of cilantro
1 can of Rotel (mild)
1 oz of lime juice
Recipe:
Roast tomatillos, peppers and onion until charred, approximately 30 minutes.
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until combined. Add garlic salt to taste (I used approx 2 tbsp).
Enjoy!
Final Thoughts:
Nothing fancy, but I’m super happy with the result. I think it’s the best salsa I’ve made so far.

I made salsa Verde for thr first time last weekend, but it didn’t have the right kick. I am going to try your recipe next.
