Roast everything on Camal or griddle or even pan work til chilies and tomatoes and garlic are toasted. then in sauce pan add chiles and tomatoes to boiling water til everything softened. Keep stock. Just add tomatoes and chiles and garlic to blender and and seasoning salsa has need. Salt and pepper be your preference. If want the salsa with more liquid use the stock that you save.
Notes Adjust chili pepper depending on heat or more heat. Can add tomatillos to it optional or switch with tomatoes. Use dried chipotle but need boiling them or soak them in hot water if don’t want use can.

Is the chipotle the main flavor profile in this? If so I’m definitely gonna make Tinga with this recipe!

How do you store that amount? Fridge? How long does it keep?
I made your recipe! I used a few more tomatoes just for personal preference, and added a little chicken bouillon seasoning. It was fantastic, thanks for sharing!
