    Curtido, Curtido de Repollo, or Curtido Salvadoreño.

    It’s “Salvadoran” and that thing is called “Curtido” goes well with everything!!

    I lived in Salvador for 4 years & they used to serve that with pupusas. I haven’t found anything remotely close to what I remembered here in the US
