I used 3 jalapeños and kept the veins on for 2 of them (all de-seeded) and one *finely* chopped habenero (no veins or seeds)
My secret touch is a generous splash of white wine vinegar- adds flavor and keeps the color more vibrant
Good amount of spice. I thought I still had red onion, I usually 50/50 between red and white onion. To make up for it I used an extra shallot
It’s medium-hot spicy which I was surprised about. I was debating adding the yellow bell pepper, I did just for the color but think it balances it out nicely!
