Breakfast Taco’s – 1 taco is 3sp or 2 taco for 6sp
What you need:
– eggs
– 1 cup shredded reduce fat mexican cheese
– 8oz butterball all natural turkey sausage links
– 12 white corn tortillas
– salt + pepper
How to make:
Step1 – scramble your eggs, lightly cook your sausage, place tortillas on a baking sheet, add your scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese.
Step2- Bake on 400 for 10 -12 minutes.
Lunch
#1 Flatbread Pizza BBQ Chicken Pizza – 1 wrap is 2sp
What you need:
– cut the carb flatbread wrap ( or any flatbread your want to use)
– shredded chicken, cooked and pulled
– 1/4 cup sugar free hughes bbq sauce
– purple onion, sliced
– dry bbq seasoning
How to make:
Place everything onto your flatbread and bake in oven on 400 for 10-12 minutes.
Dinner
White Chicken Chili – Makes 10 servings 1 cup is a serving for 1sp
What you need:
– shredded chicken
– 1 cup black beans
– 1 cup great northern beans
– 1 can corn
– 1 can rotel + green chilies
– 8oz fat free cream cheese
– salt, pepper, garlic + onion powder, chili powder
How to make:
To make beans just add to water boil for 5 minutes and let sit for 1 hour with lid on, then add everything into a crock pot and cook on high for 7 hours, half way thru shred your chicken and place lid back on and continue cooking until done.
