   Whole fam is sick so it’s just me snackin’ today. So I went onion heavy heavy on todays pico. (Hey, it’s red and green, very festive)

   Cherry and beefsteak tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, some taco seasoning, then more onion. Oh cilantro too. I make pico just flying by the seat of my pants and eating it as I go.

   This is what I miss most about eating onions. Pico. Developed a sensitivity to raw and cooked onions 2 years ago. Happy holidays
