I got the inspiration from a post on this sub a while back and finally had the chance to try out making it.
I usually just estimate everything so this is rough estimates
* ~400g of cherry or similar tomatoes (I used romanse) * 2 habanero chilies * 1 cayenne chili * 1 jalapeno * 1/2 red pepper * 1 garlic clove

* 1/2 large onion * 1 lemon * a bunch of cilantro * 1 1/2 peaches (I used a jar b/c winter)
I roasted the first bunch of ingredients and then peeled the skins off and tossed it in a food processor with the peaches. Then added diced onion, cilantro, and juice from a lemon. Added some salt to taste, and let it sit overnight.

Sounds good, looks good. Thanks for sharing.

One chipful of that and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be able to stop
