    28 oz can whole tomato’s

    6 garlic cloves

    half white onion

    3 ghost peppers

    2 habanero peppers

    4 serrano

    2 jalapeño

    cilantro

    salt

    2 limes

    slice all the peppers lengthwise. same with garlic. roast in pan

    dice onion and cilantro

    add half the liquid and the tomato’s to food processor. add peppers, garlic, onion cilantro, lime and salt. blend to desired consistency

    It really, really is. I can dig jarred salsa with ground beef tacos, but that’s about it. Gotta make it fresh for everything else.

    How much salt is the right amount for a perfect salsa? I’m always off. Same with the lime.
