I would pair that with a mild hard cheese and some bread. At least that’s the best use I can think about

Accompany some roast chicken? Or maybe some pineapple sausages? Maybe add some to arugula for a fresh salad?

I would do a seared pork belly with grits
Herbed pork tenderloin or grilled pork chop with sautéed green beans
BridgetteBane
Use it as a base for a BBQ sauce, that would be delicious with pork.

Onion and peach has pork chops written all over it

Others have mentioned pork, which I’ll second. You might also consider some kind of fish dish. Grilled mahi mahi tacos?

Turkey sando.

I would grill or bake pork chops or chicken cutlets, and spread this on top like it was bbq sauce. Then I’d probably hit it with my kitchen torch so it was bubbling hot.

Pulled pork seems like a natural fit to sub some of this in instead of BBQ sauce

That sounds really tasty! Pair it with some red hot blues ([these things](https://www.gardenofeatin.com/product/red-hot-blues/)), bet it would work great together.
Pour that over a soft cheese and rip into it with some rye crackers.
Use it as a pizza/flatbread sauce with red onion, gorgonzola, arugula, and pesto splatter
Block of cream cheese, pour some of this over it, dip with whatever you like. I prefer triscuits.
