it’s been a while since i made salsa and i don’t want to go back to store bought again

   4 tomato’s

   6 serrano peppers

   2 jalapeños

   4 habaneros

   like 3/4 onion

   all of the garlic

   however much cilantro you desire

   one lime

   i sliced all of the peppers and garlic length wise. roasted in a pan

   then added the onion (quartered) and lime to the pan for a bit

   threw in all in the food processor. squeezed the lime. salt.

   it was way too thick so i added a small can of tomato sauce and it came out really well
