    My dad’s family is originally from New Mexico, making NM red chile is a key part of every Thanksgiving , it’s used much like gravy and especially on tamales

    but also I made a regular salsa for dipping/chips, people need something to snacc on while waiting for turkey

    I made chicken liver pâté which is kind of like french salsa lol

    Made a poblano pepper salsa to go on the turkey! I did it last year and everyone loved it

    I made a fried sage salsa verde. It goes really well with Thanksgiving food!
