Since we’re talking Caribbean hot sauces, this is from Antigua. I’m going to be so damn sad when this runs out. I’m open to alternatives! This one has strong heat.

Marie Sharp’s Smokin Marie is a very hot very flavorful hot sauce from Belize. It’s wonderful.

Reminded of Susie’s in Antigua. I haven’t had Susie’s in years. Doesn’t look like it’s around anymore though. Anyone know of something like Susie’s?

  3. Walkerswood Pepper Sauce, it’s a Jamaican scotch bonnet. I got it at restaurant depot but I think you can order it though Walmart

Matouks from TT West Indies makes a few varieties with scotch bonnets that are really tasty. You can find them in random groceries around the US, or order online
