Looks great just hope you added some salt!

This is the perfect guacamole, i’m proud of you OP

Salt, pepper and cumin would be my only additions. I could never get my guac to taste as good as my mom’s until she told me she adds a bit of comino to the salt, pepper and fresh garlic she grinds in the molcajete with the lime juice.

What kind of chips? They look delicious too!

Sounds like a lot of onion, looks delicious though!

The purest form of guac (assuming there’s salt and OP just forgot it in the title). The only additives I go for are queso fresco and sometimes diced tomato, folded in rather than smashed

  8. Looks great! Home made chips would have perfected this.

That’s perfect! Garlic, cumin and salt would be all I’d add.

’d also like to suggest finding “popcorn salt.” It’s super fine. Since there’s so much fat in avocados, I don’t find the salt dissolves and I get uneven salting. Popcorn salt has solved this for me. I also use it on my fries.

Hard to find on typical grocery stores. I usually have to order via Amazon.

Looks good just missing some fresh tomatoes and salt. Please don’t add cumin or queso fresco to it, most clowns on this sub seem to add those 2 ingredients to everything.

This looks absolutely beautiful. I prefer tomatoes in mine and I would add garlic and salt and pepper next time!

Dis is the way, made a similar guac for my partners family they downed 12 avocados worth between the three of em.

The only difference to mine is I divide my avo in half and mix one half real well and then add the other half cubed and mix untill desired chonckyness. Also salt
