Looks great. In mi casa your chop-up would go right ontop of a Giant Bacon Wrapped Sonoran Hot Dog. Topped with Pintos, grilled onion, mayo, hot sauce of choice and a giant spongey soft roll to soak it all in. No fries, just dog and face.

This is not pico de gallo. I know pico de gallo. I despise pico de gallo. It ruins a meal. This is closer to an appetizer my friend’s mom makes. It’s delicious.
