6 Roma tomatoes 1 Red onion 2 Jalapeño’s 4 Garlic cloves Juice of 1 lime Juice of 1 orange 1tsp of salt Pinch of white sugar
Grill tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, garlic on bbq until charred (probably could’ve taken them further)
Blend together in a pot with a stick blender, add 1/2 cup of water and boil on low for 20-30mins or until preferred consistency
Add lime juice, orange juice and sugar (obviously can’t handle my heat!)

you can get a lot of jalapeno flavor with nearly none of the heat if you take the seeds out (i love hot salsa, but i dread the bm’s after eating it though lol)
either way it looks/sounds tasty 👍, i could probably polish off that entire pot by myself with enough chips
